Featured Agent is a new position on propertyhub.in.th  that promote your profile in every pages that match your chosen projects and also enhance seekers to see you more in everywhere. They’ll see you as a professional agent, credible, and with special expertise in that project or area. Our team has developed this special position to increase business opportunities for agents. So, what exactly is this project-agent position, and how does it work? Let’s begin exploring in this article.

What is a Featured Agent?

The Featured Agent is a new position designed for promoting the agent’s profile and building a “specialist” role in the selected project. In addition to your profile showing on the selected project’s page (you may optional for more than one project), your profile will also be displayed on the pages of zones or BTS/MRT stations near the project. Thus, property seekers will see your profile from the area search even before they visit the project’s page or realize you’re the featured agent.

Due to position is limited only 3 Agents per project. It’s can be guarantee 100% that your profile will be displayed in your require projects which not to share with anyone. On the other hand, on other pages like BTS and locations you may rotate with other agents if there are more than 3 in that area.

What are the benefits of being a Featured Agent?

1. Increase credibility as a specialist: Your profile will be shown in the featured agent for that project,  enhancing your credibility and specialist.
2. Increase visibility / impressions: Property seekers on propertyhub in the chosen zone will see your profile on every page.

If you choose the project “Ashton Asoke”, your profile will appear in the project page for Ashton Asoke and randomly in “MRT Phra Rama 9”, “MRT Phetchaburi”, and “Sukhumvit Road” searched results etc. (If the area has multiple agents from different projects and more than 3 agents, the system will rotate profiles in equally.)

Steps to reserve the Featured Agent position

Before reserving you must register as a member and verify your identity on propertyhub. You must also have a listing in the project you choose for honorable. If you haven’t registered yet, you can view the registration guide on “Propertyhub User Guide”

Here are the steps:

1. Go to the Dashboard

Go through Featured Agent menu click “Buy Position”. You’ll see a details including price and duration.

2. Choose your preferred projects

Selected the project where you want your profile to be displayed and select the duration (you’ll see the price). This is an opportunity to be among the first agents seen when property seekers view that project.

3. Review thoroughly.

Check the project name, period, and details of which pages your profile will be displayed on.

Once booked, you cannot change the order – you must contact the admin and wait for approval.

4. Wait for admin to contact you

After reserving you’ll see status “Waiting for Admin”. We will contact to confirm and get a payment within 1–2 days. Once payment is completed the status changes to “Online”.

If the project already has 3 agents, you can still book a position, the system will show status “Waiting Admin”. When a position available, our admin will contact you in order.

Tips to be an effective Featured Agent

Add a Description in the Featured Agent

You can add an description to attract searchers to contact you — e.g., “List your property? Let us help.” or “Looking for a unit? Contact us.” The message must be truthful and free from offensive language. You can edit this via “Dashboard > Featured Agent”.

Complete your contact channels

Include full contact channels – telephone and LINE. If you do not update fully, only your phone number will be shown in the Featured Agent slot. Edit this via “Dashboard > Edit Member".

Update your Agent Profile

If you have an Agent Profile, make sure it’s up-to-date to boost credibility. Featured Agent allows click-through to your profile page; if you don’t have one it cannot be clicked. (Edit your profile via “Dashboard > Member "

If you don’t yet have an Agent Profile you can purchase a Subscription Package which include an agent profile, more listings and Top Ad positions.

Set your profile picture appropriately

Choose a formal and credible photo such as use an official logo if you are a company,Moreover, to stand out, you may choose a picture with more vibrant colors to attract viewers.
